Watch: Mugwump - "Until You're Worth It"
Geoffroy Mugwump, more commonly known as the mononymous producer Mugwump, has unveiled his new visuals for single "Until You're Worth It".
Fusing slick house basslines, funky Bee Gees falsettos and jagged nu-disco guitars, Mugwump adds a new string to his bow. Predominantly known for his work in club environments, this new pop endeavour allies him more with Prince and Scissor Sisters than the likes of Avicii or Guetta.
Vocals are courtest of Norse 'disco godfather' Päl Nyhus (Mungolian Jetset), and Tore Gjedrem (Ost & Kjex).
Sam Kadz has directed the visuals, and the single package comes with remixes from Andrew Weatherall and Mark E. It's set for a digital release on 9 February via Mugwump's !K7 imprint, Subfield.
