Wichita-signed Londoners Cheatahs release their self-titled debut album next week, and we are proud to premiere a stunning session video of the band performing the first single to be taken from the album, “Kenworth”.
-The clean cut video works in opposition to the band’s grubby, punky sound and opening screech of feedback, and is the perfect accompaniment to the recently released violence-filled black and white official video for “Kenworth”.
This track, their previous single and one half of a 7″ with “Cut The Grass”, shows many sides to the band’s capabilities, presenting Cheatahs at their punkiest with a breakdown that almost strays into post-rock territory.
