Watch: Chateau Marmont - "Nothing To Hold Back (ft. Steffaloo)"
Esteemed French electronic duo Chateau Marmont have unveiled "Nothing To Hold Back", the second single from upcoming second LP Sound of Shambala.
The new cut features Steffaloo on vocal duties. Flitting between fantastical electronica like Sebastien Tellier and nu-house slickness á la Disclosure, Chateau Marmont carve a beguiling piece of dance music. It's achingly sunny, prepped for dusky parties on L.A. beachfronts, and sees the French twosome explore '90s R&B and classic club music via new means. Speaking about the album, they said: "We’ve wanted to explore new horizons and share other musical worlds for a long time. We wanted to create music in a fresher way, and this time we have music at the forefront to keep the irreverence."
Sound of Shambala is set for release on 30 March via Chambre404/Arista/Sony Music.
