Berlin-based three-piece, Ballet School, return with the suitably retro visuals for their latest shoegaze-tinctured track, ‘Heartbeat Overdrive’.
Locking you in a synth-pop-headlock from the second the nostalgic guitar, funky electro basslines and Rosie Blair’s soaring high pitched vocals meet in a glorious sun kissed union, Ballet School have doused this one in waves of unadulterated 80s pop gorgeousness. It even manages to sound glittery. This track’s wearing fingerless gloves and a Members Only jacket and we’re completely feeling it.
‘Heartbeat Overdrive’ will be available on 12″ vinyl along with an extended mix on Bella Union on 19 August, pencil it in.
