Watch: Aqualung - "Eggshells (feat. Lianne La Havas)"
Aqualung has just unveiled the new music video for "Eggshells", a fresh cut from upcoming record 10 Futures that features the dulcet tones of Lianne La Havas.
The video''s a quaintly animated clip with singing tower blocks, suspended space rocks and a plethora of lighting effects; it's a visual smorgasbord that keeps your eyes entertained as your ears are treated to chilled-out blisstronica.
Both sets of vocals, from Aqualung/Matt Hales and La Havas, are smothered in serenity and a dose of opiate warmth. It's got a fabulous afterparty aesthetic, and while it's quite melancholy in parts, it never feels sad, but rather reflective.
Aqualung's new album 10 Futures is out 19 January via BMG Chrysalis.
