The Line of Best Fit
Truncating his given name (Unnstein Stefansson) for a solo outing, Uni Stefson breaks free from the more frantic leanings of his other band for something more restrained and subtly crafted.
The Retro Stefson man’s new track - which translates to “Nobody Cries” - finds a similarly emotionally taut arrangement wrapped around his distinct and commanding vocal, with the lyrics taken from a 19-century poem by Jónas Hallgrímsson. Listen below.
