Suffragette soundtrackers TRILLS share second Lacuna EP track "Run Wild"
Spellbinding is an overused word, but it's difficult to work out how else to describe the intricate harmonies of London four-piece TRILLS.
"Run Wild" is the second single to be taken from the band's Lacuna EP, an exerise in classic songwriting and choral-inspired vocals. Produced by Johan Hugo - who has also worked with fellow harmonisers Mumford and Sons as well as Vampire Weekend and M.I.A. - the track features an ominously building chorus with sparse, tasteful instrumentation that opens out into spine-tingling euphoria.
With their echoing, cinematic grandeur, it's no suprise that the four-piece have contributed songs to trailers for the films Suffragette and Pete's Dragon.
