“Telescopes” is a solemn and frank offering from Sailing Stones
Jenny Lindfors returns under her Sailing Stones moniker with the touching “Telescopes”.
Irish born and Bristol-based, Lindfors has been making a name for herself with her direct and honest song writing that is rooted in late night musings and distant wanderings.
A movement away from her debut “The Blazing Sun”, Lindfors is combining stark piano melodies with a variety of instrumentation ranging from brass to mellotron. This interesting melodic base ultimately allows her refined and quiet vocal to take centre stage, ensuring a sort of demure majesty permeates the entire track.
