Meet Taliwhoah, the rising star of late-night R&B
The Tottenham based singer of Nigerian-Lebanese and Jamaican parentage shares her new track “Meds” which follows hotly tipped single “Details".
Taliwhoah has most certainly been imbued with some sort of familial musical ability seeing as Aunt Maizie Williams (not to be confused with sword wielding she-wolf Arya Stark) and mother Toyin Adekale performed extensively with now legendary funk act Boney M. during her childhood.

In the same vein as Kehlani and SZA, Taliwhoah is a fusion of cultures and her commitment to a “you can’t box me in” mentality is demonstrated beautifully on “Meds”, a blend of free jazz, reggaeton and smooth R&B distilled into a night-time bundle of hip-shaking grooves.
