Lucia Fontaine is the latest girl on the block making grunge badass again.
Her debut track “Lose My Mind” incorporates a drone-like, fuzz-filled melody that overlap with grace from the up-and-coming guitar goddess.
Taken from her debut EP BEST BOY, which is out later this year via Dead Beet, the track stirs excitement through Fontaine's dark tones (reminiscent of early Joy Formidable).
Fontaine’s sound is refreshing, blanketed with a large dose of fuzz and some gothic tones - “Lose My Mind” is a fulfilling stab, and shows that Fontaine is ready to fight.
