Swampmeat are cruising in their "Brand New Cadillac" with their new single
Swaggering through rock'n'roll with a freewheeling attitude, Swampmeat have today announced the release of debut album Gin & Tonic.
The announcement is ushered in alongside the release of new single "Brand New Cadillac". Taking the band's characteristic meld of swinging rhythms and raw refrains, the track powers through the whirlwind of new romance with an unhinged vitality.
Harkening back to classic rock'n'roll, amped up with energy, distortion, and an echoing harmonica solo, Swampmeat are setting their own rules - and we'll be damned if it doesn't already sound like a mighty fine way to be.
Swampmeat will perform at London's Lock Tavern on 30 September as part of PNKSLM's free Slime Ball weekender. Full details of the event can be found here.
Gin & Tonic is released via PNKSLM Recordings on 25 November, and is available for pre-order now.
