Pleased to offer up the rather impressive first fruits from Brighton based five-piece Cave Painting. Their debut release, You’ll Be Running Soon EP drops this coming Monday (7 November) via Hideout. Much like Oxford quintet Fixers, Cave Painting offer a confident, often bombastic foray into psychedelic orchestral pop with quite staggering results. Colliding intimate moments with heart in mouth dynamics, shimmering guitars and butter wouldn’t melt harmonies – the four songs on offer here hint at a band with more ideas than you can shake a tie dyed stick at.
