Denmark has provided us with the wonderful indie trio, Slaughter Beach. Their latest track, “Spinning Globe”, is uplifting, romantic, and incredibly easy to dance to.
Riddled with wholesome lo-fi vocals and sublime synths, the track reveals the cohesiveness of grunge and pop, and just how good it can make you feel. Whilst reminiscences of the summer months come to mind, this track brings warmth through the three layers we proceed to wear in the winter.
“Spinning Globe” is undoubtedly contagious, reaching that grunge/pop equilibrium. They’ve have nailed it.
