Watch: Sea Change - "Bridges" (Live) [Premiere]
Undoubtedly one of the finest new electronic acts to emerge over the last few months, Norwegian soloist Sea Change returned last week with the electrifying, “Bridges”. Now, behold a live performance of the song at by:Larm festival, premiering today at Best Fit.
Much like the mists of her music, we are constantly left in the dark in this live rendition of “Bridges”. Glockenspiel chatters over big 80s synth ballad pops, but where the music is crisp, visually we can only see flashes of Sea Change and her beautiful, nonchalant vocal. In truth, this visual teasing only adds to the drama of the song, which builds intelligently over five minutes of spacious and crystal electronica.
“Bridges” will be soon be available on limited edition 7” vinyl and digitally. Sea Change’s debut album is expected to drop later this year.
