Scott Quinn proves his flair for emphatic, no-nonsense pop with “NIGHTMARE”
Scott Quinn has honed his songwriting skills by penning tracks for a veritable host of stars including BTS, Zara Larsson and JONES. Now he returns to his solo venture with slick new track “NIGHTMARE”.
After releasing “Lines” last year, Yorkshire-born, London-based Scott Quinn returns with a new track taken from his upcoming debut EP Better For Me. “NIGHTMARE” sees Quinn demonstrate a flair for catchy synths, thumping beats and wobbly basslines, all wrapped up in a slickly produced package. It’s a slice of hard-hitting, no-nonsense pop that sets the bar high for the rest of the EP.
"This song is an amalgamation of times where you think you know someone, only to be quite suddenly proven very wrong," says Quinn. "The subtle changes in a person's personality or energy and how those small changes can have a devastating effect. Your worst nightmare."
