The Bristol via Dorset singer/songwriter Roo Panes channels emotional ambience in his latest release, "My Narrow Road".
The monochrome visuals trace tanquil settings, allowing the scaling vocals of Panes to add a whimsical, angelic feel to the soft track.
Pieced together by a solo guitar melody, it tracks the emotional journey as Panes weaves between sounds that could be placed beside Sigur Rós, Sufjan Stevens, and Bon Iver.
The saying "less is more" becomes relevant as his latest track oozes with fierce ambience, only highlighting his ability to translate raw emotions through his soft sound.
Roo Panes plays London's Shepherd's Bush Empire on 21 June.
"My Narrow Road" follows on from last month's "My Sweet Refuge", which is also lifted from his upcoming third album Quiet Man, due out 15 June via CRC Records. Find out his full tour schedule.
