RITUAL add Mononoke to current lineup and share new track "EXIT"
Waiving their carefully-maintained anonymity, London-based quartet RITUAL finally step into the spotlight.
Following a feature slot on their last EP, vocalist Mononoke joins the existing lineup of Adam Gross, Gerard O’Connell, and Tommy Baxter, and the now four-piece reveal the first part of what they’ve been working on for 2017.
“Exit” is a short, sparse track, centring a vocal duet between O’Connell and Mononoke. On hearing how well the pair’s voices mesh, it’s easy to understand why Mononoke has become a permanent fixture. It sees the group moving away from the R&B influences of previous projects in a newly stripped-back direction.
The track is accompanied by a mysterious trailer for the short film due to accompany upcoming project No Escape Out Of Time.
