He’s made beats for Wretch 32, Jacob Banks and Jaz Z, written songs with Mary J Blige, Emili Sande and Jess Glynne but Knox Brown’s own music has been a long time coming, with only a few tracks dotted online.
Brown grew up in Jamaica and moved to the UK 15 years ago, settling in Birmingham - an unlikely place for a future hit maker. "No Slaves" is a bold, affecting cut from his debut EP and features Anderson .Paak.
The Searching EP is released on 5 August via Virgin EMI
