Piano Wire unleash pop-tinged rock-threat "I'll Kill You" [Premiere]
Piano Wire (feat. members of The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster) are streaming menacing new single "I'll Kill You" on Best Fit.
It follows last month's "Into The Orchid", which also features on upcoming mini-LP The Genius Of The Crowd, and strays towards a poppier, smoother sound. There's chugging rhythms and jerky axe riffs, but despite its threatening moniker, the band create something bound for shouting along to as summer saunters into frame. It's delicious pop-rock with just enough bite to keep you on your toes, and just enough pop to keep you (leaping) off them.
The Genius Of The Crowd mini-LP is to be released via Something In Construction on Monday 25 May.
