They say birds of a feather flock together. If that’s the case, attention-grabbing, newcomer on the scene, Rules, has just introduced the internet to another name to keep an eye on. Providing listeners with three and a half minutes of synthetic finger snaps, haunting, pitched-down vocals and droney, R&B-flecked organ notes, Oso Gato is another Washington DC producer keeping things fresh. Take a listen to his first single, ‘Too Soon’.
