NULA’s newest offering is the glossy yet bittersweet “Mutual”
South East London duo NULA step out with polished new release “Mutual”. Think the glossy, R&B-infused production of AlunaGeorge, topped off with Aradjoa Gee’s massive vocal and a chorus that packs a punch.
The pair, comprised of Gee and bandmate Luke Osborne, have previously worked with Solange producer Kwes, but “Mutual” sees them stepping out alone. “Mutual” is a dance-worthy track with a bittersweet tang that will keep you coming back for more. The cut’s slick, modern feel pairs beautifully with its stark, monochrome visuals.
Following previous release “Us” earlier this year, “Mutual” is a well-planned and deftly executed record that continues to justify the acclaim of BBC Introducing and more.
