Norwegian newcomer EERA dazzles on debut single "White Water".
Introspective and instantly seductive, the debut single from EERA - aka Norwegian via London singer-songwriter Anna Lena Bruland - is nothing short of breathtaking.
Premiering today on Best Fit ahead of EERA’s upcoming European tour with Erased Tapes wunderkind Douglas Dare, kicking off next Monday, May 11 at Grüner Salon, Berlin.
The first track to be lifted from EERA's debut EP - scheduled for later this year - "White Water" acts as a coping mechanism for Bruland. She says of the track: “I’ve written maybe 10 journals since I was a teenager. You see people that don’t have any creative outlet of anger or sadness of whatever, and they’re usually the ones that tend to go to psychiatrists,” she jokes. “Or maybe they find something else to do – like gardening, or something, I don’t know. In the though refreshingly understated affair, leaving audiences bewildered and buoyant for more."
EERA's debut EP will be released later this year.
