Brighton's Nico Cara delivers sensual soul on his electro-jazz flecked new track "Grounded".
"Grounded" is a late-night swayer, a generous jazz groove, and a soulful song that encapsulates the wholesome feeling of love, and its ability to defuse negativity.
Built on a slow guitar riff that warps with the submerged keys, "Grounded" is a perfect slow jam that moves with sophistication between hints of jazz, soul and electronica.
Wrapped up in a crisp beat with intermittent clicks, Nico Cara's new track oozes with confidence through his impressive range and R&B tones.
Speaking about his new offering, Cara explains, "Recording this single has been a new experience for me, trying out a lot of new sounds and instruments to get a solid R&B vibe. I think i've taken a lot of different influences and made something that encompasses me as a musician at this time."
