Watch: Neon Jungle – 'Trouble'
RCA signings Neon Jungle are possibly the most impressively fleshed out girlband debutantes we’ve had in quite some time.
With a sound that distils the last few decades of celebratory pop into a wrapper of crisp, contemporary references, their debut ‘Trouble’ has more than enough of a lure for our pop sensibilities without crossing the line.
The four girls – Shereen, Asami, Jess and Amira – are frighteningly young (16-20) but carry themselves with the kind of sass and confidence that might just see them conquer the world within the next twelve months.
The track has a fine pedigree too, with CockNBullkid and Fear of Tigers behind writing and production duties, respectively.
