Mulàn are ever-mysterious on funk-inspired second single "Done."
Who are Mulàn? Don't ask us, because we don't even know. What we do know is that their new single "Done." is very good indeed.
Following their debut single “Night”, released back in September, the band return with second single "Done.". Drawing on funk, R&B, and soul influences, Mulàn come together to bring an altogether alternative sound on the riff-laden jam.
The band released the following statement alongside the single: "We know it’s been awhile, I've been waiting for the right time to say this. I'm done, We're done."
As previously stated very little is known about Mulàn, but a hint to their identity might feature in their single artwork - the phrase '199.3 fm' can be found in the bottom right hand corner, whether this is telling us Mulàn was born in 1993 or the title of a forthcoming EP or mixtape, again we don't know. What we do know is that there is more music on the way.
