Lxury – aka Andy Smith – has followed-up his blistering debut “J.A.W.S“ with another summery cut, bringing a laid-back warmth to this dismal February.
The Disclosure-affiliated artist is fast making a name for himself in the ever-expanding league of exciting young British producers and while “Never Love” may not grab the attention as instantly as its predecessor, it simmers and glistens with a new level of subtlety. The busy, twitching synth line clips away before intuitive vocal sample carries proceedings.
Part of the quite brilliant Kitsuné New Faces compilation due 24 February, stream this new cut below. The future of UK dance music is in safe hands.
