A nostalgic ode to childhood friendship forms the latest single from ever-exciting North Londoners Wolf Alice.
‘Bros’, set for release via Chess Club Records on 20 May, sits somewhere between debut single ‘Fluffy’ and its more subdued B-Side ‘White Leather’. With their distinctive open guitar riffs, reverberating twinkles and typically splashy drums, it continues where the first tracks left off but its subject matter adds something new; “There’s no one that knows me like you do” rings out as part of the uplifting tale, while its entirely satisfying crescendo harks back to the equally sentimental indie rock from many of our formative years.
