Listen to "Better Looking Brother" the gloomy, '80s infused track from Lust For Youth
Copenhagen is great for everything. Especially food and music. Lust For Youth, the latest '80s pop infused trio to come out of Denmark's capital waste no time in whirling us into a gloomy trance with their seven-and-a-half minute long new track, "Better Looking Brother".
The twangy, echoey sounds ride in tandem with the exceedingly trance-y beat, whisking us straight back to the height of the '80s. But here we are in 2015, still taking note of how admirable these influences can be.
Lust For Youth dart between infectious melodies and '80s balladry to create this fast-paced, trance-infused psych track that is undoubtedly enchanting.
With glittery synths and frontman Hannes Norrvide telling us we "have a part to play tonight", there's no doubt this is a one way ticket to the underground clubs of Copenhagen.
