Brand-spanking new London-based alt-soul singer/songwriter SLK recently premiered her stunning debut single “Ride” as a free download via Soundcloud.
Although she is yet to secure the adoration or our great public just yet, her sultry tones and the forward-thinking production from Embody shows SLK has all the right qualities to make a splash in the proverbial pond
Throughout the track SLK (pronounced “Silk”) creates a deep, haunting and cutting edge piece which tugs at the heartstrings, provides food for thought and collars interest with its razor sharp production.
This velvet instalment is just one of four tracks from her forthcoming untitled EP – to be released later on this year.
