Swedish songstress Seinabo Sey has had her latest single "Pistols At Dawn" reworked by London's KDA (who's also taken on Chvrches, London Grammar and Katy B).
Morphed from a grandiose piano-pop ditty with caffeine-jitter synths and patches of skulking menace, KDA's twist highlights Sey's propensity for dance.
The track is turned vaguely Basement Jaxx-y. There's still a sinister streak running through Sey's vocal line and the uneasy tick-tock of chime in the background, but with the gigantic pulse and motorik beat, you'll want to dance rather than cower.
Stream the track below.
Sey's For Madeleine EP is out now.
