They may have changed their name, but there is nothing new about the quality and style of Say Lou Lou’s accomplished sound.
Following on from the dark dreaminess of ‘Maybe You’, the sisters make their anticipated return, providing gentle respite from their Swedish pop counterparts with ‘Julian’. Where others implement dance-floor synth progressions and deep pounding bass, this duo are content to explore lush layers of sound and focus on their breathy vocal tones to create a track that somehow feels relaxed, uplifting and epic all at the same time. Take a moment to embrace sumptuous sounds of Say Lou Lou below.
