Lifted from the eagerly anticipated new album The Sea Of Memories (due out in September), ‘Come Rain, Come Sunshine’ sees Stockholm based duo Pallers craft a what could be used as the perfect soundtrack to their native Sweden’s ‘Midsommardagen’ (or Midsummer) festivities that are happening today.
A subdued number accented by a gentle croon courtesy of Johan Angergård (owner of the finest moustache in pop), ‘Come Rain, Come Sunshine’ builds slowly, bursting into life around the two minute mark to transform into a Memory Tapes-esque hoe down.
The Sea Of Memories is released via Labrador Records on September 28.
