Listen: Nothing - "July The Fourth"
Philadelphia's Nothing have revealed a new track, called "July The Fourth", taken from their upcoming split 12" with Whirr.
Speaking about the skinned-elbow raw Cali-type skate-punk, guitarist Brandon Setta says:
“I guess it’s just about being hung up on something and using any method, no matter how extreme, to erase it from your brain just to obtain some sort of freedom.”
The 12" is due 17 November via Run For Cover and comes with an etched B-side as well as a Whirr/Nothing In The Studio documentary DVD.
