Scandinavia, and Stockholm in particular, keeps dishing out impressive pop talents to the world. MIYNT is no exception, and her rebellious lyrics contrast sweetly with her dainty vocals in "Nick Drake".
MIYNT immediately hits with anger against a battering beat wth her layered, echoey vocals that scream young rebellion. "Nick Drake" plunges into a dimmed pool of electric eels and sparkly water; it's constrasting and dangerously refreshing.
The sly xylophone that appears in the final chorus adds a childlike flair, emphasising the sheer energy that perseveres throughout. Similar to the innocence of MØ, MIYNT brings a turbulent taxi across the runways of Scandinavia, elevating the dancey track to the clouds.
