Leeds based band Menace Beach announce their signing to Memphis Industries (Elephant, Pure Bathing Culture) by sharing this fuzz laden track, “Where I Come From”.
DIY by nature, the song hisses with vocal distorting feedback throughout. The title refrain is sung out then blasted into next week by a mesh of crashing drums and guitars.
“Where I Come From” is taken from a forthcoming five track EP, Lowtalker, produced by MJ from Hookworms and released on 12 January.
