Coming in at a very respectable #38 in our favourite songs of 2013 – Rhode Island born, Stockholm based Mapei returned this year with the irresistible “Don’t Wait”.
Stripped away of the eastern influenced instrumentation that fuels the original, New York DJ Jim-E Stack flips the track on its head to reveal a darker, more insular take on the light n’ bouncy pop number. Listen (and download for free) below.
