Listen: Lung Dart - "Paradise Turns" [Premiere]
Lung Dart return with "Paradise Turns", the second taste of their excellent debut EP.
"Paradise Turns" lurches and drags the far out sound of debut "B. OK" even further past the buoys. With what's becoming a trademark combination--heavily warped, seasick vocals, integrated field recordings, and traditional instruments transformed as they're buried in the mix--Lung Dart deliver once again on the promise of their debut. We can't wait to hear more.
The duo says: "Paradise Turns isn't directly about the 7-1 defeat Brazil suffered against Germany in the 2014 World Cup, but in a way I suppose it is."
You can pre-order the 12" here, and from iTunes here. It's out 27 April on Happy Valley Records.
