Rising Stockholm producer Lucas Nord returns today with a new cut lifted from a new EP that follows on from last year’s debut album Islands.
Initially brought to our attention via the Tove Lo featuring “Run On Love”, Nord’s production on “Wasting Time” is a far more restrained affair than previous offerings. Whereas “Run On Love” was quite literally balls to the wind full throttle euphoria, here we see a chilled approach – all smoothed out around the edges, 5am at Café del Mar vibes.
Listen below. Lucas will release the lead single from the as yet untitled new EP soon with “Wasting Time” a taster of what’s to come.
