‘Propagation’, the latest track to be taken from Lower Dens‘ upcoming album Nootropics is a delicate wash of surreal synths and buzzing guitars dancing beneath harmonious vocals. The tender atmosphere at the opening of the song ebbs and grows throughout, and ‘Propogation’ builds momentum only to gently burn out four minutes later. The more sullen mood reflects a development in their sound, and the Baltimore-based four-piece are set to release Nootropics on April 30 here in the U.K. to a very eager audience.
If you like what you hear, they will be playing the following dates here in the U.K.
