Laurel has unshackled a brand new track, featuring singer-songwriter Sivu, called "Come Together".
The slithering cracks and lurching bass womps are distinctly icy, but with Laurel's pipes channelling moody, blackened pop á la Lorde or Lana Del Rey, she worms her way into your heart. The inclusion of Sivu on "Come Together" gives it a call-and-response, Bonnie 'n' Clyde feel. Add in church bells, snare rolls and supple harmonies, and you're faced with a two-souls-on-the-edge vibe that's catchy like the flu.
The track features on Laurel's Holy Water EP which is out 15 December.
