Listen: Kindness - "This Is Not About Us"
Fresh from the announcement of the release of their forthcoming sophomore album this October, Kindness, the throwback pop project of Adam Bainbridge, have released their latest single, “This Is Not About Us”.
The track follows last month’s “World Restart” (featuring Kelela and Ade) and is three minutes of sparse minimalist percussion overlaid with the classic Kindness sax and piano embellishments, but kept tightly in focus by Bainbridge’s wonderfully hypnotic, swinging vocal.
New Kindness LP Otherness is set for a October 13 release date on Female Energy Records and is available to pre-order here.
