Listen: Keep Shelly In Athens - "Fractals (Tomas Barfod remix)" [Premiere]
Greek two-piece Keep Shelly In Athens are airing a remix of their cut "Fractals" by Tomas Barfod exclusively on Best Fit.
The downtempo-ers have had their 2014 track transformed from a glittering '80s synth-pop tune. Now, instead of sunset hazes and a smoke-filled melody, they've been whisked to clubland by Denmark's Barfod, who excels at crafting a renditions that meets its title - like fractals, it ceaselessly spirals and blossoms, looping over and over in hypnotic beauty.
This standalone single is the first KSIA cut to feature new vocalist Myrtha. New material is inbound however, with Los Angeles-based label Friends of Friends releasing their forthcoming album in the near future.
