Listen: Jacques Greene (ft. Ango) – Flatline
Montreal based producer Jacques Greene has announced details of his very own record label. Titled Vase, it’ll launch officially on January 30 with Concealer, an EP from Greene that features collaborations with Koreless and Ango.
During this week’s Radio 1 specialist DJ takeover, Annie Mac premiered the lead single ‘Flatline’ on her morning show yesterday (6 January) with a pretty decent quality radio rip being available to listen to below. Even from the opening 30 seconds, it’s clearly apparent that we’re dealing with the first essential release of 2012. Fellow Montreal artist Ango providing irresistible flow over the ice cool garage meets RnB backbone. Gorgeous.
Tracklisting for the new EP is as follows:
A1 – Flatline ft. Ango
A2 – These Days
B1 – Clark
B2 – Arrow ft. Koreless
EDIT (9 January): After the above leak made its way around the internets at the weekend, Jacques Greene today threw up this hiQ preview stream of the entire Concealer EP. Basque in its glory below.
