A new London based label launches today and with it, the debut single from Stockholm based indie stalwart Jacob Douglas – who came to prominence in his native Sweden with indie rock group Sonjagon.
‘Strawberry Salesman’ is the first song to be lifted from the Look Out From Schmidt EP that’s due out digitally and on cassette later this winter. A breezy two minutes, ‘Strawberry Salesman’ falls somewhere between the burnt out guitars of Yuck and the straight-ahead balls to the wall pop of Blur.
Head over to the Talent Is Luck store to pre-order the Look Out From Schmidt EP. ‘Strawberry Salesman’ premieres below.
