Not quite on the Daniel/Natasha Bedingfield scale of sibling brilliance but the Follin family must surely be making their mom and pop a tad proud. Guards is the new band of Ritchie Follin, brother of Cults singer Madelin, and this new track ‘Silver Lining’ is fresh breath of anthemic gusto that follows on nicely from the group’s Best Fit Recommended EP.

‘Silver Lining’ is lifted off the band’s forthcoming debut LP, In Guards We Trust, out 5 February 2013.
