Jamal Guthrie
The steady drip of Ghostpoet tracks coming ahead of his forthcoming sophomore album continues with this Squarepusher remix of ‘Meltdown’.
The 30 year old lyricist’s unique tones and phrasing are hosted by a gradually intensifying bout of space age electronic beat making. Squarepusher’s considered production sees the song rise and rise until you’re left inside a galactic battle of exploding synths and drum sequences.
Ghostpoet’s Some Say I So I Say Light is out 6 May via Say It Again Sam in a full compliment of formats and you can pre order here.
