Listen: DrDr – Climax (Usher Cover)

Giving the Diplo-produced #1 hit of 2012, a synth make-over of the classic house music persuation, Brighton trio, DrDr knocked it out of the park with their take on Top 40′s dance music. Female vocals that at times get intertwined with billowy reworks of Usher’s sexy sounds create a dramatic love ballad feel worthy of pop star status. Be careful, once you’ve heard this begging for an audience, uptempo version, you won’t be able to turn it off. Like the song says, ‘Can’t take it back, we’ve reached the climax’.
