Dirty Projectors pay tribute to Gerard Smith, the late member of TV On The Radio who passed away last year, in this new track ‘While You’re Here’ – taken from Dave Longstreth and co’s upcoming short-play release. “While you are here, you are alive,” the frontman sings, his voice raised just like his “friend who’s rising and shining on you”.
