Listen: Cut Ribbons – “In The Rain” [Premiere]
Having first emerged back in the summer months of 2012, Welsh outfit Cut Ribbons have been slowly fine tuning their craft and return today with perhaps their strongest moment to date – the glorious harmony drenched “In The Rain”.
Impressing with early tracks “Damascus”, “Bound In Love” and “Luna” plus garnering a steady following thanks to tour supports with Dry The River and The Joy Formidable, Cut Ribbons are well on their way to achieving the arena sized heights that their music duly hones.
Released on May 19 via Transgressive imprint Kissability, “In The Rain” is an emotion soaked tour de force that finds the group harnessing their FM Rock sensibilities with an ever knowing knack for penning an undeniable pop melody.
“In The Rain” follows on from 2013′s Bound In Love EP. The group are set to embark on a UK tour supporting Thumpers scattered alongside a handful of their own headline dates. Details below.
