Listen: Clock Opera x Tom Vek – Lesson No 7

Leisure Seizure: most absurdly over-hyped, cripplingly disappointing record of the year? Almost certainly.

Tom Vek would, it seems, be better off producing and remixing. This rework of Clock Opera‘s ‘Lesson No. 7′ is actually very good; skittish and oddly swung, the drums are West Coast hip hop through and through – a nice counterpoint to the distinctly English vocal.
